A double chin may develop due to a variety of reasons, poor eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, genetic and muscles are weak in the area around your face, neck and shoulders. 3. Rotate your neck. Leave your head lean back and hold it in bulk. Make a circle with your head as you turn from one side to another. When you exercise, you'll feel it working on the platysma muscle to tell the group of muscles that extend from under your chin to the neck and shoulders. You can do this exercise three times a day.
