Should I apply water to the mineral makeup?
A friend told me to use the blush and Eye Shadow who came into my mineral makeup, I need to apply water. Is not the point to make it powder? Also, I've never used, so can you tell me if it works and lasts a while? I have some bad points on my face so does the anti aging products work well? Thank you.:)
I always thought you only for the eyeshadows? but you can always try See if you have a Liquid Foundation good! you never know
