In the last issue, solutions to unwanted advice were discussed.

This issue will focus on bedtime.

The reality of this issue is: if the children go to bed, so can parents. When the sleep of children if the parents' wishes.

The Question: How to get children to sleep?

Infants

· If your baby does not sleep well at night, keep your baby in the most active area of the house during the day. They will be napping, but not as deeply. When it comes to bedtime, they will be more tired and more likely to sleep longer periods of time.

Canto a song. Select a song and sing whenever you put your baby down to sleep. By saving this song for that special occasion the baby will soon realize it is time to sleep.

· Snuggle Warm coverage for the dryer. Baby May feel they are closer to you because of the heat.

· Place a clock that ticks actually in their room. The pace and the soft tone seems to relax the baby.

· Instead of rocking the baby to sleep soundly, rock until the baby is almost asleep. The baby is learning to sleep on their own.

The Toddler

 

· Start reading at bedtime, when your child is very young. This ritual Bedroom has so many advantages and one of them is a factor in settling. The tranquility of the room and the soothing tone of your voice will help to slow down their body and fall asleep.

· Having a schedule and stick to it. When something is not negotiable, it is rarely questioned. Pick a bedtime and put your child in bed at that time, with very minor exceptions.

Buy · liquidation timer. At a precise time, start the timer. Tell the children that they must complete their responsibilities in the evening and be in bed when the timer rings. Make a bedtime routine by making a list (use pictures) of all the things that must be performed once the timer is set … wash hands, face washing, brushing teeth, picking up toys, read the bedtime story, etc. Make – Make sure to list in order of priority. eg if do not get their toys picked up on time they can not have a bedtime story, etc.

¨ While the day was busier or more stressful than usual, start your timer earlier. It will take a little longer to slow children down.

· When your toddler is to put away their toys, to say "good night" to his favorites. Tucking toys in their beds helps bring the whole reality in.

Overdue children of preschool and early primary

 

* Enable children to take a water bottle to bed to deal with "I'm both" thirst. Limit the amount of bottled water to is appropriate for your child.

An Aquarian · in the room is often a good idea. It serves as a pilot and has a calming effect in children.

· Snuggle time is great at bedtime. Stayed awake with your child for a designated time. Speak softly and talk about everything and nothing. Keep it over the years, so will your child. You'll be amazed at the things they are willing to tell you in the quiet evening.

· Keep a diary. When all the nocturnal rituals are complete, take a few moments and help your child Documentation their day. If they are too young to write, let them dictate to you.

¨ While the fear of nightmares becomes a problem, tell them a story and ask them to imagine the end.
