Is there a mineral makeup Powder Foundation that does not dry the skin out?

Doctors currently use liquid mineral makeup formulas, but I want the convenience of a pressed powder, which do not. They only have Face Powder to my knowledge. I tried a few brands that are pressed mineral Powder Makeup, but my combination dry / oily skin. I do not like Loose Powder, because it is too complicated. Maybe it just depends on the person, because I tried every a non-liquid mineral makeup over the years. My skin does not stop breaking out until I tried mineral makeup. Last year, my skin became very ill and then eliminate altogether, when I switched to mineral makeup.
